Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the conditions for using the service "ShortLine" (the "Service") provided by usefirst.studio ("we" or "us"). By using the Service, the user is deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

1. Service Description

The Service automatically generates audio narration, video, captions, and thumbnails from scripts prepared by the user, and is a tool for posting video content to the user's TikTok, YouTube, and other accounts connected via OAuth authentication, and for checking the viewing data of posted videos.

2. Accounts and Permissions

Using the Service requires linking the user's own TikTok, YouTube, and other accounts. The user shall grant the Service posting permissions through the official OAuth flow of each platform. The user may disconnect the integration at any time from the settings of each platform.

If the user uses the Service in connection with YouTube, the user also agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service.

3. Content Responsibility

The user who posts video content through the Service is responsible for the content, rights, and compliance with the terms of service of each platform. We do not pre-screen the content of posts.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users must not use the Service to do any of the following:

• Post content that violates laws or public order and morals
• Act in violation of the terms of service of each platform (TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, or privacy of third parties
• Misuse the Service or interfere with its operation

5. Disclaimer

Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to failed posts, account suspension, or disputes arising from the content of posts. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.

6. Service Changes and Termination

We may change the content of the Service or discontinue its provision without prior notice to users.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may amend these Terms as necessary. Amended Terms take effect once posted on this page.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The court having jurisdiction over our location shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction as the court of first instance for any disputes relating to the Service.
